 Any Day Pet Services Policies

 

Reservations

To request a complimentary consultation you're welcome to call Any Day at 513.368.7230 or use the Contact Us page.

Existing clients can submit requested dates and  times through the Contact Us page.
 
Reservations must be confirmed by Carla of Any Day.  You will receive confirmation of scheduled service via Email or phone call.
 

 Daily Visit Payment

Payment for scheduled service is due at the complimentary consultation.  Accepted forms of payment are cash, money order or check made payable to Any Day Pet Services LLC.

Existing clients may leave payment, along with a signed Service Request (sent to client via Email), for the pet sitter at the first visit.
 

 Continual/Daily Service Payment

Monday thru Friday continual or daily service payment is due the preceeding Friday.
 

 Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:

2 weeks in advance of scheduled service date:    100%
1 week in advance of scheduled service date:      75%
6-2 days in advance of scheduled service date:    50% 
1 day in advance of scheduled service date:         25%
Day of scheduled service date:                                no refund

 
Any Day realizes that sometimes plans need to be changed.  In order to provide quality care to your pet the timing of visits is well thought-out; others have been denied service for your time slots.
 
 

 No refunds for 'early returns' on scheduled service.

 
To cancel scheduled service please provide your name, address, phone number and original service dates.  Cancellations must be confirmed by Carla of Any Day which you will receive via Email or phone call.
